SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Stradale Exotics is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package may be subject to additional shipping charges and restocking fees.
Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items
In the event an item is temporarily out of stock or backordered, we will notify you regarding the expected shipping timeframe.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so that we can assist with a claim.
