RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Include all original accessories, manuals, and components (if applicable)
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at StradaleExotics@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable restocking fees. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
